About this Site.
This Site provides information about Volition Mentoring's educational mentoring services and allows prospective families to request an introduction. The Site is offered for informational purposes. Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of admission to any college or university, of any particular academic outcome, or of acceptance as a client.
Requesting an introduction.
Volition Mentoring works with a limited number of families by referral. Submitting a request through this Site does not create a client relationship, does not obligate Volition Mentoring to provide services, and does not obligate you to engage those services. A client relationship is established only through a separate written agreement.
Eligibility and information about minors.
Our services involve high school students, who are typically minors. If you submit information about a student, you represent that you are that student's parent or legal guardian, or are otherwise authorized to provide that information, and that you consent to our use of it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use.
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to submit false information, interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Site to harass or harm others.
